How can admins access users’ information on the WHub platform?

The admin access essentially grants you a bird’s eye view of the entire company. If you want to access employee information or track the progress of anyone from the WHub team, head to the Users tab in the left-side drop-down menu. 

Upon clicking ‘Users’, you will be greeted with the following categories:

  • Writers
  • Editors
  • Delivery managers
  • Project managers 
  • Clients 

These five tabs will contain progress reports, employee information, etc, of the respective team members. The Users tab is a one-stop destination to check up on any employee in the company, with progress reports, statistics, etc, for every individual WHub employee.
