Return Policy
For Customers
We acknowledge that there may be situations where Customers ("Customer," "you," "your") need to withdraw their orders. The terms and conditions for such cases are mentioned in our Cancellation Policy ("Policy").
Any Customer agreement is limited within the bounds of the terms of this Policy.
a. Cancellation
Auto cancellation of a project is not permissible once it has been created on the Platform. As per the Terms of Service norms, you have to contact the Company via email at support@writtenlyhub.com if you wish to cancel or put a halt to a Project.
b. Review
After you have requested for cancellation of a Project, it will be reviewed manually by our team. We will only accept the request once it has been confirmed that the cancellation is within the bounds of the initial information provided at the beginning of the project.
c. Payment
Once our team has accepted your cancellation request, you need to pay for the amount of work done. You also need to acknowledge this via the acceptance email. The calculation will be done from the starting date of the project to the date of cancellation.
d. Modification
WrittenlyHub has the right, in its sole discretion, to change, amend, alter, and/or vary the terms and conditions of this Policy, with or without notifying you prior to the process.
