Terms and Conditions
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Indian Contract Act 1872, the
Information Technology Act 2000, the rules made thereunder; and the amended provisions
pertaining to the electronic records in various other statutes as amended by the Information
Technology Act, 2000.
This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any
physical or digital signatures.
The Company requests the User (as defined below) to carefully go through these terms & conditions (“Terms of Usage” or “Agreement” or “TOS” or “Terms“) prior to accessing the Platform or availing Services (as defined below) via the Platform. If User continues to browse and use the Platform to avail Services, User irrevocably and unconditionally is agreeing to comply with, abide by, and be bound by all these obligations as stipulated in this TOS, which together read with our privacy policy available at (“Privacy Policy”); and any other applicable policies referred to herein or made available on the Platform (collectively referred as “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions shall govern the Company’s relationship with the User in relation to the Platform’s usage. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous oral, written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to the User and shall act as a binding agreement between the Company and the User.

DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM OR ITS SERVICES.
1. Definitions
“Company”,” “we”, “WrittenlyHub”, “us”, or “our” means WrittenlyHub Private Limited and any other companies that are its subsidiaries and affiliates.
“Service(s)” means services provided through the Platform, as described in further detail under clause 3 below. The Services provided through the Platform may change from time to time, at the Company’s sole discretion.
“User” and/or “You” shall mean any person or entity who is a visitor on the Platform and/or shall avail Services on the Platform, or his/her representatives or affiliates who are registered on the Platform.
“Creator” shall mean any User who has created an Account on our Creator Portal and seeks to render Services to Customers via the Platform.
“Customer” shall mean those Users who seek to avail Services via the Platform.
2. Terms and Conditions Update
We can alter, adjust, update or revise the Terms and Conditions regarding your use of the Platform with or without informing you.
3. Service (s) provided to Users
Our Platform is meant for addressing all your content requirements and providing you with unique and original content. Our services include helping you with a sound content strategy, curating content as per customer specifications, and delivering a flexible and steady flow of content as per requirement.
4. Account Registration
You can register on behalf of yourself (Account) or a respective company (Enterprise Account). However, you need to be at least eighteen (18) years of age in both cases. In the case of Enterprise Account, the legal agreement will be between the Company and us. Authorized members will be provided with separate accounts by the designated SuperAdmin.
For personal account creation, you need to provide accurate information. In both cases, you are responsible for creating and safeguarding your login credentials and activities on the account. If your login credentials are used to enter the Platform, it will be accepted that you have accessed it. In case of any malicious activity suspected, you need to notify us immediately regarding unauthorized usage.
5. Fees
You agree to pay any charges for the Services provided to you by the Company on the Platform and/or the Website. You can pay using various payment methods acceptable by the Company. However, all payments made by you are non-refundable.

7. Use of Information and Content Displayed on the Platform
- a. With respect to our Privacy Policy and Applicable Law, you should only submit the information you own or have the right to use.
- b. Under our policies, we have the right to keep, delete or destroy any information and materials uploaded or posted via our Platform and services.
- c. You agree to let us hold on to your information and disclose it in case of legal proceedings or to comply with legal or government requests.
8. Non-circumvention
Applicable to Customer:
WrittenlyHub acts as the sole connection between the Creator and the Customer. Under no circumstances shall the Customer bypass the Terms of Service or connect directly with the Creator for any project.
Applicable to Creator:
As a creator, you agree to never contact or communicate with the Customer in any manner whatsoever. You are to inform the Company immediately on being offered payments through other methods than the Site.
9. Rules and Conduct
Any use of Services, other than for your own and non-commercial use, is forbidden by the Terms of Service (TOS). We may also implement different rules or policies regarding the same now and then. You are prohibited from taking any action that violates any info/data/norms from the Company, forges anyone’s identity, or exposes any obscene information to anyone below 18 (eighteen).
10. Company and User Materials
Any data, be it in the form of video, audio, oral, or written content, are known as “Company Materials.” They are the sole property of the Company and cannot be shared with a third party without written consent from the Company. Any breach in this will cause financial and irreparable damage to the Company. Thereby, only Users with limited licenses are allowed to use the Company Materials non-commercially within the Company.
11. Modification
We have the right to change, alter, or correct the Website (in entirety or to some degree), along with its Services or Content, without giving any prior notice to you.
