Yes, you can access project history and ongoing projects for every individual client via the Users tab. On the Users tab, click on the respective client and head to the Projects tab. Here, you will find a history of all the projects your company has worked on for the client, including ongoing and completed.
Also, this project list contains condensed job cards, which can further expand to show the entire job card. The top of the page shows all the people who have worked on the project, including writers, editors, project managers, etc, followed by the deadline, number of sub-tasks, and so on.
If a project has just been completed, you will have the option to either approve or re-assign the project.
If a project has already been submitted, you will find the same information, followed by the original job card. You will have access to the following information fields:
- Target audience
- Content type
- Tonality
- Niche type
- Language
- Pricing
- Submissions
- Attachments
- Comment section
- Word count
- Description
